Need to organize your bookmarks?
BookmarkHub is your free family bookmark management tool
Yep. 28. That's the number of bookmark-, read-later- and dashboard applications I tried before finally giving up, spending some money on AI credits and creating my own. Because somehow there doesn't seem to be enough dads out there who have the need to provide their family members with something that they can make their start page and store their personal bookmarks in while being provided a dad-maintained collection of bookmarks to the family services. You know. The ones on your NAS you spent countless hours setting up.
Set it up in two minutes with docker-compose
The only thing you need to run this is something that runs docker and docker-compose. Anything will do. Your NAS, a Raspberry Pi, some old machine that's been lying around in some corner.
Just upload, unzip, cd to the directory and docker-compose up -d.
Then go to http://your-server-ip:3131
The default user and password are admin/admin.
Don't forget to change your admin password upon your first login!
BookmarkHub is free.
It's a non-commercial product and you can
and use it to your heart's content.I provide this as-is and for free and take no responsibility whatsoever.
It is provided under CC BY-NC-SA 4.0.
If you find it useful and want to show some gratitude, here's the link.
As far as I'm concerned, this is the only version I'll put out there. It works. Mostly.
I might at some point spend some more credits and time on it but that's a big maybe.
